Striking Forward.

Verbolta is a software company in Charlotte, North Carolina, built around SaaS. We engineer the platforms our clients run their businesses on, and we build products of our own, starting with Tractex.

Now building Tractex

01What we build

Production software, not proofs of concept.

Multi-tenant platforms, the services behind them, and the data pipelines that keep them fed. Everything written from scratch, deployed by us, and handed over in full.

01

SaaS platforms

Multi-tenant products with authentication, billing, dashboards and the operational tooling that keeps them running in production. Built to be handed over, not rented back.

  • Next.js
  • Postgres
  • Auth
  • Billing
02

Web applications

Interfaces that hold up under real use. Fast, accessible, and honest about state.

  • TypeScript
  • React
  • Accessibility
03

AI integration

Language models wired into real workflows, with the guardrails that keep their output trustworthy.

  • LLM
  • Retrieval
  • Evaluation
04

Data engineering

Pipelines that read from live sources, normalise what they find, and stay honest about what is missing instead of guessing. That is the difference between a system people trust and one they quietly stop using.

  • ETL
  • Geospatial
  • APIs
  • Caching

02Our product

Tractex

The product we are building for ourselves.

Tractex is a land-acquisition workspace for real estate developers. Describe a project in plain English and it reads public county property records live, scores every parcel that matches, and returns a ranked, mapped shortlist, with the reasons and the red flags spelled out instead of hidden behind a number.

04How we work

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Scope

We work out what the software has to do, what it does not, and what the first shippable version looks like.

  2. 02

    Design

Interface and data model together. Screens are designed against the real shape of the data, not a happy path.

  3. 03

    Build

Written from scratch in small, reviewable pieces. You see working software throughout, not at the end.

  4. 04

    Ship

Deployment, monitoring, handover and documentation. We stay available for what comes after launch.

05Where this is going

Not a web shop.
A software company.

What we are

One team for our product and yours.

Client platforms and Tractex are built by the same people, with the same practices, to the same standard. The engineering we sell is the engineering we stake our own product on.

What we are building

Tractex, and the infrastructure under it.

A land-acquisition workspace that reads public county records live, scores every parcel against a plain-English brief, and is honest about the fields it could not find. Now on its own site, covering all 100 North Carolina counties.

How we build it

From a blank file, and we own all of it.

No page builders, no bought templates, no framework carrying the load. That is a slower way to start and the only way to still be able to change the thing three years in.

Start here

Let’s build something worth owning.

Tell us what you are building, or go straight to Tractex and try it for yourself.
